Max joined Leufroy in2017, bringing with him over 7 years of extensive experience in real estate and innovation. In his role, he leverages this expertise to meticulously oversee the strategy, execution, and overall performance of the entire Leufroy portfolio. Max's leadership is pivotal in driving Leufroy’s growth.
Lucia Petrelli is an accomplished architect and Development Director at Leufroy since 2020. With 17 years of experience across Italy, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East, she specializes in residential refurbishment and high-end property projects. Lucia holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the I.U.A.V. University of Venice and is RIBA and ARB registered. She has previously held senior roles at Foster + Partners and Northacre, contributing to major international projects.
Macsen oversees end-to-end project management, statutory compliance, design team procurement and contractual administration at Leufroy. His extensive experience brings a deep understanding of the industry and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. His expertise ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Tom brings a decade’s experience in real estate, with over two years at Leufroy, excelling in cost planning, value engineering, procurement, financial reporting and contract administration across various industry sectors. Tom is adept at optimizing margins and mitigating risks. Tom's keen attention to detail and strategic insight make him an invaluable asset in navigating the financial complexities of real estate development.
Lindsay is a Design Manager at Leufroy, where she has been contributing since October 2022. Originally coming from a real estate investment background, including roles such as Senior Associate in Real Estate at Sonder Inc. and Associate Investment Manager at Nuveen, Lindsay transitioned to the design side, bringing with her a strong financial understanding as a CFA Charterholder. Lindsay excels at coordinating complex projects, ensuring that both the design and execution align seamlessly with the client’s vision and the overall strategic goals.

Rafe joined Leufroy as an Analyst in 2024 with prior experience as an Investment Associate at Pinnacle Investments, partnering with institutional investors to acquire residential investment opportunities. Drawing on his strong financial background and investment experience he is responsible for identifying and underwriting new investment opportunities. Rafe is MRICS qualified and holds a MSc inReal Estate from Bayes Business School.
