We sourced and acquired this freehold building on behalf of a overseas client that was under rented, unmodernised and unextended. We gained planning permission for two extensions; one at the lower ground floor and one at the second floor. We project managed the construction phase of the project through to completion, extending and reconfiguring the property to give 5 modernised, two bedroom apartments.
