74 Philbeach Gardens

The 74 Philbeach Gardens was the second block we bought on Philbeach Gardens, neighbouring 73 Philbeach Gardens and overlooking the communal gardens. The project included a small extension to the front of the building as well as a basement extension to the back of the building. The block comprises of 7 fully self contained 1 and 2 bedroom properties and is finished. Since acquisition, the full building has been refurbished to a high standard and we have increase the total rent by 60%.
